Well the attitude of pretty much every employee, every visit is the same my teenager often gives me. Food matches the poor attitudes. Its gotten so bad we refuse to even keep trying. NOT worth your $$! Id even go so far to say that when i do crave coney ill drive the extra distance and go to the one in La Crosse. This dive should be closed down and out of here soon being that everyone i no completely agrees, they dont stand a chance now that West Salem is getting more options! Such a shame! I used to be thrilled to live so close to a coney island! What a disappointment!

I have to say I have been a huge fan of Coney once I was a kid. Aside from that I got the worst attitude and "I could care less" attitude from the guy who was working today around 2:15pm. This guy's attitude was not conducive for a positive customer experience. I tried to order extra food more than my original order and the guy put his bad day right in my lap. I get that every person has a bad day, but maybe when this person has a bad day he should stay away from the customers.

Terrible service is sometimes okay if the food is worth it. The ONLY thing this place has going for it is fresh french fries. That's it. Scrawny hotdogs in a bun 3 times too big, swimming in a very mysterious sauce. Save your money. When I pulled up to the drive through window the man working the window said nothing. Took my money and brought my change back. When I said, "Thank you," he replied, "Uh. Thanks." Someone else showed up with the food and shoved it out the window without a peep. I think the only reason this chain stays in business is nostalgia. All of the local restaurants are worn out and dirty. I'll never go back.

We stopped at the Coney Island in West Salem, WI and will never return. The employees had the worst customer service and we will not return for that reason. We didn't have high expectations for the food when we chose that restaurant. The food was actually pretty good and I wouldn't mind it again for a quick meal. Having decent food but terrible customer service only makes a customer never want to return. Employees were on their phones, never said hello, thank you, or have a great day. I actually left the restaurant and said, "Have a great day guys," and not one employee responded. It actually irritated me so much that I went back into the restaurant and said, "Hey, I said have a great day, " and one employee looked up and said, "Oh", while the others looked up, said nothing, and went back to being on their phones. Hotdogs are the smallest I have ever had and the fries didn't have any flavor. Don't bother stopping.
